Payment Model
Spine Atelier is a private-pay chiropractic practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.

Out-of-Network Benefits
Patients with out-of-network benefits may be eligible for reimbursement through their insurance provider.
Superbills are available upon request

HSA / FSA
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are accepted for eligible services.

Medicare
Spine Atelier does not participate in Medicare. Services may be provided under a private contract in accordance with federal guidelines.
